Draft — awaiting owner approval.
This policy explains what Wolf Windows and Doors Ltd does with your personal information when you use this website.
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form, the quote page or the quote pop-up, we collect:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your postcode
- the products you are interested in
- optional property details and notes
What happens to it
Each submission is emailed to the business owner using Resend, an email delivery service. This website does not keep a copy in a database. The email sits in the owner's inbox.
We use your details only to reply to you and to give you a quote. We do not sell them or share them for marketing, and we have no newsletter.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising. See our cookie policy.
To help stop spam, your IP address is used briefly in the server's memory to limit how often messages can be sent. It is not stored. Our hosting provider may also keep standard short-term server logs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, typically no more than 2 years. If a job goes ahead, we keep the records we need for warranty and accounting purposes. (Draft wording — to be confirmed.)
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop using your information, if you object to how we use it
To do any of these, contact us on 07510 561827 or wolfwilson.26@hotmail.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk.
